Creating Custom Treatment Lists

Creating Custom Treatment Lists

Alert
New Feature Alert!
You are now able to create customized treatment lists based on packages you might offer at your clinic.
First, you will enable the ability to use Custom Treatment Lists
  1. Go to the settings tab within your client portal
  2. Scroll to the bottom and find your Custom Treatment List Settings.
  3. Enable Custom Treatment Lists with the toggle.

To Create a Custom List
  1. Within the Settings tab of your portal, scroll to the bottom and hit the "Create List" button.
  2. You will be able to name your custom list and add up to 11 treatments that will be associated with that list. (When adding a patient to the waiting room, you will still be able to change the treatments on this list if needed.)

Selecting a custom treatment list for your patient
  1. Enter your patient into the waiting room like you normally would.
  2. When you get to the treatment selection portion of the intake form, you will see a "Custom Treatment List" tab where you can view your custom lists and choose the one that applies to your patient.
  3. Once selected, the treatments will prepopulate on the intake form, and you can continue you adding your patient to the waiting room.

For any further questions on this new feature, please reach out to support@spakinect.com, and we would be happy to assist.
