Check in your patient to the waiting room
Checking in a patient into the waiting room just got simpler. No more need for an additional app on your devices. Check your patient into the waiting room from the homepage of your client portal.
In just a few easy steps you patient will be entered into the waiting room:
Log into your client portal
From the homepage you will see a “start GFE” button.
You will now have the option to either create a new patient, or if it is a patient who has been seen before search for that patient. Once you select how you are entering your patient it will ask you for the patient's first and last name (please double check the spelling), date of birth, desired treatments you are wanting clearance for, and certain medical history.
Once you click next you will be entered into the waiting room, you should be seeing yourself on the screen, if that is the case you are in the waiting room.
Please do make sure that the patient is in a HIPAA compliant area for their evaluation.
Look out for messages that we may send you while waiting if wait times are longer than usual. It will be at the top of the screen near where it says waiting room.
After entering the waiting room a provider will be connecting with your patient soon and will appear on the screen when they have entered into the call.
