How To Request A New Treatment

Requesting A New Treatment 

If there is a new treatment you wish to add to the list of treatment options offered by your clinic, simply follow the steps below.

Start by logging-in to your client.spakinect.com admin account.
(1) Navigate to your profile by clicking your user in the top right corner.
(2) Click on the rquest treatment button.



(3) A window will pop up for you to fill out the necessary information. Once submitted, our clinical team will reach out to update you on that treatment.

Alert
It might take 3 - 4 weeks to get a response on your new treatment request.
