How to review and sign off on charts

You can log into the Client Portal here.

To add notes or co-sign on a chart please follow the below. 
(Step 1)  Find the patient's GFE that you would like to amend from the list displayed below. This can be done by searching for a patient via the search field, or scrolling down and finding the patients visits based on when it was completed. 


(Step 2)  Once you have found the GFE you would like to amend, select either "Co-Sign" or "Add Note". 


Setting your notification preferences (daily, weekly, monthly)

As a Medical Director, you will be emailed when evaluations are completed and are ready for your review. We understand email inbox can become a busy place especially when overseeing many clinics. We have made it so you can control how often Spakinect is emailing you in regard to patient evaluations. 

To update your Notifications preferences please do the following: 

  1. Log into the client portal

  2. Select the settings tab on the left hand side.

  3. Within the settings tab you will see a Notifications section where you able able to update your frequency of notification.



Amending Good Faith Evaluations

In the event of a deferred medical treatment, the Spakinect medical providers will communicate the rationale and decision to the onsite clinical staff, prior to ending the call with the patient.

Upon the receipt of a deferral, the Medical Director or Supervising Physician may log in to the Spakinect client portal to review the deferral and amend the decision if they choose. 

To Amend or override the decision you will use the “add note” options described above to add your notes and decisions which will be attached to the evaluation after it is saved.
