Spakinect Client Portal Access Policy

Spakinect Client Portal Access Policy

Requesting an invitation to the Spakinect Client Portal is a relatively short process that, once completed, will allow you to search, download, and save patient Good Faith Evaluations among many other things. It is an essential part of our program and all clients are allotted three complimentary client portal user accounts.

Spakinect client portal access is only granted to users provided by your medical spas authorized user.

If you are the authorized user for your account, please send an email to support@spakinect.com and provide the following information:
    1. The name of the user you would like to add
    2. The email of the user you would like to add
    3. If you have multiple locations, please indicate which locations you would like this user to be added to.

Once submitted, we will verify the email originated from the authorized user we have on file for your account.

If we receive this information during business hours, the user will be added same business day. If we receive the request outside normal business hours, the user will be added the next business day.
