Spakinect Minor Policy


For any minors (ages 13-17 years old) requesting aesthetic treatments, the minor’s parent and/or legal guardian must be physically present to provide consent for treatment during the Good Faith Evaluation (GFE) process.

Aesthetic Telehealth Providers may provide an approval (if no other contraindications present) to minor patients (13-17 years old) for the following list of elective aesthetic treatments. Any treatment NOT on this list cannot be approved and will ALWAYS be a deferral.

  • Laser hair removal/reduction
  • Acne Laser
  • IPL/BBL
  • LED Light Therapy
  • Facials (HydraFacial included)
  • Microdermabrasion
  • Dermaplaning
  • Chemical peels
  • B12 injection - excluding lipsomal B12 with (MIC)
  • Diamond Glow
  • Venus Glow
  • Medical Grade Skin Care
