Spakinect's Orders Database
The new orders database is designed to help your team streamline and standardize treatment protocols across your practice. By uploading your Medical Director-approved orders into the system, your medical director can easily apply them to GFEs, ensuring clinical consistency, safety, and regulatory compliance. This feature reduces the chance for error and improves efficiency by removing the need for manual entry, ultimately supporting smoother workflows and delivering high-quality patient care.
You are able to upload orders to the database separately or through a CSV file. Any user is able to upload orders, however, they will show as pending until your medical director has signed off on them.
Once you have all the orders in your database that you use at your clinic, your medical director will be able to go in and apply them to the GFEs that have been completed. To do so, they will do the following:
Find the GFE in which you need to add the orders.
Once found, click on the GFE.
You will see an Add Orders button on that GFE.

Once selected, your medical director will be able to add the orders they would like associated with that patient.

Those orders will be found within the Clinic's Medical Director Amendments and Orders section of the GFE.
