Updating a Patient's Name on a GFE

A new feature has been deployed in MySpakinect by means of the All Patient GFEs Report. As requested, Client portal users are now able to edit the first and/or last name of a patient on a completed Good Faith Evaluation (GFE). 
This document will highlight the location of this new functionality.

Start by logging into the client portal (portal.spakinect.com).

(1) From the Homepage you can use the search option "Search for Your Patient Here"

(2) Locate patient name in "Patient Search Results"


 

 

(3) Once you have selected the patient you can update the name by selecting "Update Patient Name"




You did it! You are now able to edit the name on the GFE.
