Updating an At Home Visit Submission
Did your patient give you the wrong phone number or email address? Did they decide to add on another treatment they are interested in? And did all this happen after you already submitted them for an at home visit? Do not worry you can update their original submission!
Head to the at home visits tab on the left side of your
client portal. Search for the patient you are needing to update.
Once you have found that patient client on their submission and edit any of the fields that populate. Once the edits have been made hit the "save changes" at the bottom of the screen for the changes to go into affect.
*Please note: if you are updating a phone number or email address you will need to resend the email or text message again, it will not resend automatically. To resend you will go to find the patient within your at home visits tab, and under actions you will select which icon (text or email) needs to be resent.
