Updating an At Home Visit Submission

A new feature has been developed for the At-Home Visit report. As requested, Client portal users are now able to edit an At Home Visit submissions on non-completed Good Faith Evaluations (GFEs). Users will also have the ability to resend the initial text and email with instructions to their patients. 

(1) From the At Home Visit tab in the client portal (portal.spakinect.com) find the patient's At Home Visit submission



(2) Once you have selected the patient you can update the submissions by selecting the Edit Submission button.



(3) Update any information that needs to be updated and hit submit.
To resend text messages and emails see below. 
Please note that an update to a submission does not result in an automate text or email being sent. But with this new update, the user is now able to resend the initial email and or text message to the patient as a reminder. Each patient will receive an email once they are entered with instructions and will receive a text one day before their appointment time. If you would like to send an additional reminder text or if they need the welcome email sent again please click the correct button within the report.
