How to Find your Room Code


Start by logging-in to your portal.spakinect.com admin account. Also make sure your pop up blockers are disabled for this site.

(1) Hover your mouse over the homepage tab and select the Account Admin Homepage
(2) From this page, click on Account & Subscription Information.



(3) A small pop up window should appear with some of your account and location details


Please select your Account name for your information to populate.  

(4) You will notice that the Location Name field is blank. Click on the drop down arrow and select the location you are looking for.
(5) The fields in the bottom section (Location Details) will automatically load once you have completed step (4).
