White Labeling the At Home Visit Experience

To create a more personalized experience catered more towards your medspa, we have introduced a few features to be able to white-label the at home visit experience for your patients. 


To start the white labeling process, you will need to ensure you have a logo uploaded to your Spakinect portal. If you have multiple locations, you will need a logo for each location uploaded. To upload a logo, you will need to go to the Manage Account section within the client portal. 


After your logo has been uploaded to your location, there are two ways you can white label the At Home visit experience for your patients. 


  1. On the intake form, the at home visit patient will fill out before entering the waiting room with the Spakinect Provider. Within the Manage Account section, right under where you put your location's logo, you will see a section for the intake form logo. By default, this will be the Spakinect logo, but you are able to select your location's logo to display when the clients are filling out their intake form. 

 

  1. On the emails we send at home visits, you are able to remove the Spakinect logo from appearing. By default, your location's logo and the Spakinect logo will appear at the top of the emails sent out within the at home visit program. Once you have a location logo added, you are able to remove the Spakinect logo if you choose. Head to the settings tab within the client portal, and at the bottom of that tab, you will see At Home Visit Email Branding. Disabling the toggle will remove the Spakinect logo from at home visit emails sent to your patients.
