How to use Spakinect's At Home Visits
At Home Visits are our way of getting your patients evaluated at home before their appointment. That way when they come into your spa they will already have their GFE completed and are ready for treatment. There are just a few steps you will need to follow in order to get them ready for their At Home Visit visit.
Log into your Spakinect Client Portal. Click the At Home Visit tab that can be found on the left-hand side of the screen.
This will bring you to your At Home Visit homepage where you will be able to submit new patients, view the patients you have entered and see their status on whether they have completed the visit or not.
- To add a new patient you will click the button in the top left-hand corner labeled “Add New Patient”, please fill out the necessary information asked on the form and hit submit. Please only submit one per patient.
The patient will receive a Patient Identification Number in their welcome email that will allow them access to the seen. Please do not give out your room code to patients.
And that's it! Once you have submitted your patient we will take it from there. At Home Visit patients will no longer need to download the Spakinect app but instead will be prompted to complete the evaluation through a link we send them in their welcome email. We will also text your patient before their appointment to remind them to get seen before their appointment. When making their appointment it may be beneficial to mention that someone from Spakinect will be reaching out to get them evaluated so they know who we are.
