How to use Spakinect's At Home Visits
To have a patient cleared at home, so you have their GFE in hand before they even walk through the door for their appointment you will log into your
client portal.
Directly from the homepage you will be able to send an at home visit. You will also be able to send a visit from within the at home visits tab on the left hand side.
To send an at home visit you will select "send visit", this will bring you to the intake form where it will ask you for the following:
- Patient name
- Patient phone number
- Patient email
- Treatments
- Appointment date (please select the appointment date the patient has with you, the spa)
Once you have submitted the patient, they will receive an email and a text message with a link that is specific to them and a PIN to join the waiting room.
