How to Submit a Support Ticket
Make sure your pop up blockers are disabled for this site.
When logged into the client portal, select your user name that can be found in the top right-hand corner. You will have a few different options, but to send us an email for support, select “submit a ticket”. From there, you will fill out the form, and we will email you back an answer to your question.
